Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous attention to documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in Oracle Fusion Cloud system
- Coordinate with warehouse team on stock rotation and FIFO protocols
- Generate monthly inventory variance reports and root-cause analysis
- Support physical inventory audits and system upgrades
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
