Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners and WMS software
- Perform cycle counts and physical audits to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for management and support cross-functional teams
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and optimize warehouse slotting efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment and inventory forecasting
- Train new staff on inventory control procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/RMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour safety training a plus)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
