Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate WMS systems to track stock movements and maintain real-time data
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation
- Collaborate with procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Implement FIFO rotation methods and maintain organized storage zones
- Train staff on inventory protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and MS Excel
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- Valid Maryland driver's license
