Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Scan items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality benchmarks.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
