Responsibilities
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain real-time inventory databases with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize stock rotation and space utilization
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through systematic audits
- Collaborate with purchasing department to support reorder point management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data verification skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
