Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory processes including receiving, put-away, and shipping verification
- Maintain real-time inventory records with 99.9% accuracy in ERP software
- Coordinate physical inventory audits and resolve discrepancies through root-cause analysis
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize warehouse efficiency and space utilization
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to support inventory replenishment
- Generate inventory reports for management and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
