Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS software and barcode systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse stock
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage conditions
- Audit inventory processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
