- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify stock levels
- Generate daily inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards in warehouse operations
- Train new staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license
