Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate WMS systems to track stock levels and movements
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanners
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with procurement teams for stock optimization
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years inventory control experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP capabilities
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and math aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
