Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Manage inventory records in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with real-time updates
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through systematic root-cause analysis
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management and regulatory compliance
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and maintain quality control standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associates degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
