Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for real-time inventory tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse team to maintain FIFO/FEFO protocols
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management review
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
- Manage warehouse documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse/logistics
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, TradeGecko)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
