Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS system
- Process stock adjustments and returns documentation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for inventory alignment
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Audit warehouse organization for optimal space utilization
- Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with SAP or Oracle inventory modules
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
