- Operate inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for real-time tracking
- Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to document inbound/outbound materials
- Support audits and compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (WMS)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Excel for reporting
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
