Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments using WMS software (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Generate inventory reports and variance analyses for management review
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and compliance documentation
- Utilize RF scanners and barcode systems for efficient tracking
- Support physical inventory counts and system reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA certification a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
