Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock receiving, put-away, and allocation processes with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory records through barcode scanning and data entry
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies and optimize storage
- Generate inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control inspections
- Collaborate with procurement to track supplier performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and inventory control best practices
