Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies within ERP systems
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility
- Coordinate with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Train junior staff on inventory protocols and software usage
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with RFID/barcode scanning systems
