Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Reconcile incoming shipments with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
- Assist in the organization and storage of warehouse inventory to optimize workflow.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends or potential shortages.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
