- Count, record, and reconcile inventory using barcode scanners and ERP systems
- Track stock levels and report discrepancies to management
- Process receiving and shipping documentation with 100% accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical inventory records
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space
- Conduct cycle counts and support annual audits
- Train staff on inventory procedures and tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical and data entry skills
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
