Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and quality control inspections
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Generate inventory reports and analyze discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Utilize barcode scanners and ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and comply with safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
