Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanning technology
- Maintain real-time inventory records in WMS system with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual audits per SOX compliance standards
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs
- Generate weekly inventory reports for stakeholder review
- Train staff on inventory protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Expertise in RF scanning devices and barcode systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified) required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience
