- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
- Process inventory adjustments, returns, and replenishment orders
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize stock rotation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
