Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Generate inventory reports and provide data-driven insights for operational improvements
- Maintain organized storage areas and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues
- Support physical inventory audits and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Experience with barcode scanning technologies
