Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to update stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Audit warehouse spaces for compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory management experience required
- Proficiency in WMS software and MS Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug test required
