Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Update inventory management systems (WMS) with accurate stock levels and item descriptions.
- Locate and retrieve merchandise for orders, ensuring proper picking and packing procedures.
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with stock rotation and labeling to ensure inventory freshness and organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is highly desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including overtime.
