Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all stock items
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize inventory flow
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits
- Utilize inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for data entry and reporting
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Train team members on inventory procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics
