Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Generate weekly inventory reports and variance analyses for management review
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory audits
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and verify documentation
- Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize stock levels
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
