Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track and optimize freight movements using TMS platforms to meet delivery deadlines
- Resolve transportation disruptions and implement contingency solutions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and international teams to synchronize logistics operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, customs, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Descartes, Blue Yonder) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and client interactions
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs procedures)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
