Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO protocols
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand
- Train staff on inventory control procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct physical audits and investigate variances
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- High school diploma or equivalent required
