Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Maintain accurate digital records of all stock movements and transactions
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to verify incoming/outgoing shipments
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and forecasting
- Implement cycle count procedures to ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement on stock rotation and reorder triggers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate barcode scanners and RF guns
- Forklift certification a plus
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
