Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS systems and proactively resolve delays
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier contracts for cost efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipment reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and hazardous materials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- High school diploma required; Supply Chain certification preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
