Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and movements
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate daily inventory reports and analyze discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols to prevent spoilage/obsolescence
- Audit physical inventory against system data monthly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data verification skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
