Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate physical counts and cycle counts of inventory using handheld scanners and manual methods.
- Update and maintain real-time inventory records in our ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of stock reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
