Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP systems
- Manage stock rotation and implement FIFO protocols to prevent spoilage
- Maintain accurate digital records using inventory management software
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize storage space utilization
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
- Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to operate RF scanners and barcode equipment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid driver's license (required for site visits)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
