Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against packing slips with high precision.
- Update inventory management systems (WMS) in real-time to reflect stock changes.
- Maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO) to prevent product spoilage or obsolescence.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items to the warehouse manager immediately.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software or WMS systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
