Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
- Utilize barcode scanners and inventory management software to track stock movements in real-time.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to verify quantity and condition against purchase orders.
- Maintain organized warehouse shelves and storage areas to facilitate efficient stock retrieval.
- Prepare and process stock returns and damaged goods reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing physical tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems.
