- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review
- Maintain FIFO protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
