Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Update and maintain inventory management systems (WMS) with real-time stock data and shipment details.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Reconcile purchase orders with physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety compliance.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to assist management in making stock replenishment decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or Stock Clerk (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the facility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
