Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records with real-time updates
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage space and accessibility
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
