Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through cycle counting
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment orders
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Support warehouse audits and physical inventory counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of FIFO and LIFO inventory methods
