Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO compliance to prevent obsolescence
- Operate WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Coordinate with procurement team for replenishment planning
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all assets
- Support physical audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse/retail setting
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data verification skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
