Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and year-end stock audits with 99.9% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels in real-time.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system data and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including manifests and bills of lading.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of stock transfers and storage placement.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Skills: Proficiency with barcode scanners, RF guns, and warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high data integrity standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings.
