Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical audits to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receiving & Shipping: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; log data into the warehouse management system.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and spreadsheets.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; ensure proper labeling and storage of stock.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking; coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams.
- Reporting: Assist in generating inventory reports and analyzing data to identify trends or issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
