Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems and barcode scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update records in real-time
- Maintain accurate stock levels and generate inventory reports
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock optimization
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Audit inventory processes to ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for site visits)
