Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Update and maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in RF scanning devices and WMS software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Experience with SAP or Oracle inventory systems a plus
