Responsibilities
- Perform regular and random physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update and maintain digital inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and spreadsheets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities, descriptions, and condition.
- Organize and label stock items according to established safety and storage protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly stock reports and audit documentation.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding stock shortages or damages.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred (1-2 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Experience with barcode scanners and WMS software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
