Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement teams to reorder stock based on inventory trends
- Conduct physical audits and generate inventory reports for leadership
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock-related issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
