Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols for perishable goods
- Audit shipping/receiving documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Train new staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in warehouse setting
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
