Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Manage inbound/outbound stock documentation and update warehouse management systems
- Perform physical audits and generate accurate inventory reports for leadership
- Coordinate with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage/handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues
- Maintain organized storage zones and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode technology
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency and inventory reconciliation knowledge
- Valid KY driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
