Responsibilities
- Perform accurate daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits.
- Utilize barcode scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) to track stock movement in real-time.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure quality and quantity.
- Update inventory records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate digital logs.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a safe, clutter-free workspace.
- Generate regular inventory reports to support supply chain planning and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
