Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Track stock movements in real-time and update digital records
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize inventory flow
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain organized storage areas
- Assist in cycle count scheduling and physical inventory preparation
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual inventory reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
